Overview
A fitness trainer's brand wanted a membership site with articles, videos and workout programmes. We built it on WordPress with custom plugins, membership-based access and a community forum.
What we built
- Platform setup, code clean-up and plugin upgrades
- Articles pulled in from an external blog by RSS, and free-article management
- Restricted video playback, and a download area for videos and PDFs
- A pop-up plugin with admin controls for content, timing and who sees it
- Membership and access control with WP Fusion
- Community forum improvements, including attachments and moderation
- A custom plugin for building workout routines, and a newsfeed bar plugin
- Home page, header, footer and page design, with responsive layouts
- Fixes for slow email, overlapping content and broken links
