This policy explains what personal information Impinge Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We keep it as short and plain as we can.
Who we are
Impinge Solutions provides web design, software development and digital marketing services from offices in India and Canada:

What we collect, why, and for how long

The website has no user accounts, so we do not collect passwords, and we do not collect your precise location. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent and our basis for using your information
We use what you send us to respond to your request. We send you the newsletter only if you ask for it, and only after you confirm your subscription through a link we e-mail you (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
Newsletter
Every newsletter shows our name and address and has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe or write to us we stop at once, and always within 10 business days. We send the newsletter through Brevo.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It sets cookies or similar identifiers and sends usage information, such as the pages you view and your approximate location, to Google. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing: Google sets advertising cookies to measure which of our ads lead to an inquiry and to show our ads to people who have visited the website. You can manage or switch off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website works without cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website, and only for that purpose:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the website, delivers the e-mail we receive from our forms and stores our newsletter records.
- Brevo (a France-based company) sends the newsletter and manages subscriptions.
- Google provides website analytics.
- Cloudflare provides the spam check on our forms.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where your information is processed
Your information may be processed in India, Canada, the United States and the European Union by the providers above. Where information is processed outside your country, courts and authorities there may be able to access it under their laws.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for marketing, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@impingesolutions.com; we aim to reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer: in Canada you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in India, please first contact our Grievance Officer as above, and you may then approach the Data Protection Board of India; in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can contact your data protection authority.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and monitored, restricted-permission infrastructure. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell our newsletter subscribers.
