Overview
A field services company needed a way for its drivers to follow their daily routes and treatments. We built the iOS and Android apps, an admin panel and a customer web dashboard: routes and arrival times, job status, chat, invoices and payments.
What we built
- iOS and Android apps with login, sign-up, dashboard and treatment screens
- APIs for users, job lists, job status changes and driver location
- Route display, navigation and arrival-time estimates with Google Maps and Mapbox
- An admin panel and customer dashboard for services, customers, estimates, invoices and inventory
- In-app chat with QuickBlox
- Stripe checkout and invoice payments
- Treatment notes, add-ons and rescheduling
- Dashboard analytics: weekly graphs and revenue for drivers and administrators
- Estimate and request email templates and forms, and API and query tuning
