Overview

A property rental company needed its WordPress website reworked and connected to its sales process. Forms send leads to HubSpot, and a rental analysis workflow uses Zapier to fetch Rentometer data for an address and produce a formatted PDF report. We also updated the site's pages, listings and forms and launched it.

What we built

  1. A contact form connected to HubSpot for lead capture and follow-up
  2. A rental analysis workflow: Zapier fetches Rentometer data and generates a formatted PDF, with HubSpot in the flow
  3. Google Maps address lookup in the form fields
  4. Updates to the home, About, inner, property archive and listing pages, and new pop-ups after form submissions
  5. A review of moving listings to an eCommerce-style setup, and a new listing process
  6. Plugin setup and fixes, an SSL fix, launch and testing across devices
