Overview

An online store managed orders and invoices on a Monday.com board and kept its accounts in QuickBooks Online. Its existing Zaps failed at the invoicing steps. We fixed and changed them so the board and the accounts stay in step.

What we built

  1. Fixes to the failing steps of the existing Zaps
  2. A status change in Monday.com that sends the invoice
  3. An update of the Monday.com item to 'QBO paid' when the invoice is paid in QuickBooks Online
  4. Changes to the Zaps after review with the client, and work with Zapier support on one issue
