Overview
For TryBooking, an Australian event ticketing company, we built a phone IVR on Twilio: callers are greeted according to office hours and public holidays, can leave voicemail, and each recording is stored and e-mailed to the team as an attachment. The AWS side runs on Lambda, defined in CloudFormation, with S3 for recordings and KMS for the keys.
